Return & Refund Policy

At Évolée, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened skincare, cosmetics, or supplements.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@evolee.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

4. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
